Anchor Head

Description:

1, Our Anchor Head is a molded,high-strength polymeric item for use with 12-14mm diameter rods for forming an anchor system.
2. Metal and non-metallic stakes can be used considering the site soil condition.
3. The Anchor Head provides a level surface for driving anchors over the center of gravity.
4. The shape fits well over the Geocell wall which provides direct anchorage and resistance to sliding and uplift forces.

Property:

Material: Polymeric.
Color: Black.
UV Stability: 1-2% Carbon Black.
Chemical Resistance: Unaffected by acids, good resistance to alkalis.
Conductivity: Non-conductive.
Other: Mildew resistant,non-corrosive.

Application:

Use with φ12-14mm Steel or GFRP together as Pins to fix Geocells.

J-PIN

You can use steel to make it into J-pin to save cost, which is widely used in Geocell construction.

How many anchors are required for slopes?

For slopes with a gradient of 1:1.5, 2.5-3 anchors per m² are required.

The reinforcement scheme is as follows:

1, At the top and bottom of the slope, place an anchor in each cell.

2, Along the edges of sections, place anchors in 1-2 cells.

3, On the rest of the section, install anchors in a staggered pattern with a spacing of 0.8-1.0 m.

For gentler slopes, the spacing can be increased to 1.5 m, and smaller diameter anchors or shorter length anchors can be used.
