Application: Connect adjacent Geocell panels to a big panel.

The rectangle holes we did on Geocells to use Connection Keys.

The round holes we did on Geocells to use Connection Keys.

How to calculate the exactly needed quantity of Geocell connection key?

It should depend on 2 factors:
1, The expanded panel size (also means length x width).
2, The project needs to connect 2 sides or 4 sides.

For example: Geocell type HF100-445/ quantity 15060m2, total 600pcs.

Welding distance 445mm
Expanded cell size: 320x288mm
Standard expanded panel size: 2.56×9.8m
Expanded panel area: 25.1m2

Welding direction: 8cells
Overlap direction: 34cells

So if 2 sides connection, you need connection key: 34×600=20400pcs
If 4 sides connection, you need connection key: (8+34)x600=25200pcs
