Our Excell Production Process

Raw material feeding: In this process, use the raw material strictly as per Geocell quality standard, recycled HDPE resin to produce GB standard Geocell, and virgin HDPE resin to produce ASTM standard Geocell.

Sheet extruding& embossing: This process determines the Geocell thickness, we can produce smooth&textured surfaces from 1.0-2.2mm.

Strips Cutting: This process determines the Geocell height/Depth, we can produce Geocell height from 50mm to 300mm, regular heights are 75mm, 100mm, 150mm, and 200mm.

Perforating: This process is to do drainage holes, most customers need perforated type Geocells, which are good for drainage.

Ultrasonic welding: Use the ultrasonic welding machine to weld the Geocell sheets, the welding distance we can produce is from 240mm to 1000mm, the regular type is 330mm, 356mm, 445mm, 660mm, and 712mm.

Inspection: All our Geocell panels must be 100% manually expanded to check if any joints miss welding or other damage.

Packing: All our geocells are well packed, neat & stable, easy for transporting&avoid any damage. With pallets or without pallets strictly as per your request.
