Hengfeng Plastic always does its best to keep prices as low as possible without sacrificing quality, and we are constantly investigating new methods of quality improvement. A strict quality control system has been created to make sure all our Geocell products are 100% high quality.

Pre-production: Different HDPE plastic quality & grade
100% Virgin HDPE
We use 100% Virgin material to produce ASTM Standard Geocell.
First-recycled HDPE Plastic
We use this grade material to produce GB standard Geocell.
Second-recycled HDPE Plastic
They are mainly recycled waste pipe material, we NEVER USE this grade material.
What’s the damage of poor quality material?

We always keep our prices as low as possible without sacrificing quality, and the raw material is the first step to controlling quality.
Pre-production – Skilled Workers & Training
1, More than 80% of our workers for Geocell production have more than 10 years experience, other 20% more than 8 years.
2, Every week, the workshop will have a training and meeting to emphasize the order production requirements and the important operational points.
3, To encourage the workers, we have a special award and punishment system, so they always have very good performance.
Inline Inspection
1, Sheet thickness will be tested for every batch.
Smooth 1.0-2.0mm
Textured 1.2-2.2mm
2, We test seam peel strength every 3 hours, to make sure the quality. It also means we test seam peel strength 8 TIMES EVERYTDAY. In this way, we also can find any problems of the ultrasonic welding machine.
3, If any results can’t up to the standard, we will stop the production to find the reason immediately, and test all the goods produced around that time, any unqualified geocells will not be shipped.
Final Inspection
Long term seam peel strength
A 100mm wide seam sample shall support a 72.5kg(160lbs) load for 7days(168 hours) minimum while undergoing a temperature change on a 1-hour cycle from 23℃ to 54℃
Carbon Black content testing
Carbon Black content ≥1.5% ASTM D 1603
100% Manual Inspection
All panels must be 100% manually expanded to check if any leak welding, faultyy welding, welding distance error, sheet dislocation, and other quality problems of welding.
Packing
Packing only after 100% checked. All our goods are well packed, neat & stable, easy for transporting&avoid any damage.
