Geocell path in the forest

After a long period of sun and rain, the path in the forest has been eroded, making it difficult to pass. Government departments urgently need to build a new road.

The width of the path is less than one meter, and large construction equipment cannot be used in the forest, only small equipment can be used for operation.

Therefore, HDPE Geocell is the best choice, because it is very easy to construct, simple and fast, and does not require large equipment.

A 2-tonne excavator with operator excavating new track in order to place Excell Geocell. Soil is being dug and loaded into the self-loading tracked dumper.

Excell Geocell is being installed into the excavated path, type is 200-356, height 200mm, welding distance 356mm, textured and perforated type. And PET nonwoven Geotextilea are installed under the Geocell for reinforcement and isolation.

The infill material we choose is gravel, size 2-5cm. Gravel is being loaded into the Geocell via the self-loading tracked dumper. Once the cells are filled and the gravel compacted, the Geocell constructed base is ready to withstand heavy traffic loads.

The path is complete, gravel compacted into Excell Geocell and now it is ready for use.
