Geocell farm road and Geocell golf walking path
Below is an inquiry I received in the year 2020, from a construction company in Columbia, who wants to build both a farm road and a golf walking path.
We are a development company that works on a few projects a year. Currently, we have a road at a farm in Columbia that is gravel. With the rain the gravel washes away. The attached picture is what we are looking for. Currently, we require a quote for 700 square meters for the road about 100mm in height and about 750 square meters for a walking path, this can be maybe 50mm in height.
We will be building both farm road and golf walking path.

You ask us for Geocell height of 100mm and 50mm directly, may I ask if you have an engineer to design the road and ask for 100mm and 50mm height to meet the suitable load capacity? If yes, it is best.

Right now we are going to build a farm road with very low traffic 10 cars daily and a walking /golf path.
If successful in 2 yrs time we will build hi-rise condos with bigger road.

Generally, subgrade strength, vehicle type, axle loadings, traffic patterns, type of infill material, and application(surface or base stabilization) are important factors when selecting the Geocell type.
If you have professional engineers to design the project, it is best, that they will calculate the exact Geocell type based on all your project information.
