Geocell Ground Grid Paver | Geocell Grid Paver | Geocell Pavers
Geocell is a kind of cellular confinement system, which is made from HDPE (high-density polyethylene) sheets through ultrasonic welding to a 3-dimensional network structure. When Geocell as a paver material, can provide load support and stability to base layers of gravel, rock, soil, or sand. It also can greatly increase the lateral strength of the layer and prevents the filling from moving or being pushed sideways. The increase in strength can reduce the amount of material needed to form a solid foundation and save the user time, and money.

Our Excell Geocell Specifications:
1, Height: From 50mm to 300mm, regular types are 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 150mm, and 200mm.
2, Welding Distance: From 240mm to 1000mm, regular types are 330mm, 356mm, 445mm, 660mm, and 712mm.
3, Smooth & Textured Surface: Perforations and a textured surface increase the friction angle between aggregate infill and the cell wall, generating better aggregate lockup and greater overall load distribution.
4, Perforated & No-Perforated type: Perforations facilitate parallel slope drainage of the infilled cell. In saturated conditions, the removal of excess water increases infill friction, reducing downslope sliding forces, resulting in a more stable system.
5, Colors: Black, green, gray, sand, and yellow colors.
How Does Geocell Ground Grid Paver Work?
The Geocell Grid Paver is a highly effective, economical solution to road surface problems that result from subgrade material failure or surface/base material instability. This 3D cellular confinement system reduces vertical differential settlement into soft subgrades, improves shear strength, and enhances the load-bearing capacity. It also can prevent the lateral displacement of infill and reduce vertical deflections even on low-strength subgrades while reducing the amount of aggregate material required to extend the service life of roads.
1, Increases layer strength, reduces base layer thickness, and wearing course.
2, Distributes loads laterally and reduces vertical deflection and subgrade contact pressures.
3, Controls shearing and lateral movement of the coarse and permeable infill material.
4, Significantly minimizes surface rutting, increases lifespan, reduces repairs, and maintenance cycle.
5, With open aggregate infill, reduces stormwater runoff.

The Benefits of Geocell Ground Grid Paver
1, Save cost, can reduce subgrade thickness by up to 50%.
2, Very quick Installation, just need 2-3 workers, reduce installation costs, save time, money, and resources.
3, Reduces erosion from weather and traffic. Geocell can greatly reduce erosion from weather and heavy or repetitive traffic. The textured surface provides additional material retention.
4, A variety of infill materials can be used, soil, sand, gravel, aggregate, concrete, or other local materials. No need to use expensive materials.
5, Low Maintenance Cost. Geocell materials have a long service life of 50-60 years. It has excellent road drainage performance by reducing ground runoff, and reducing maintenance costs.
