3, Third, fill the cells with a front-end loader or dump truck, you can fill soil, gravel sand, concrete, or combinations of the above to meet project-special conditions.
4, Last, compact the fill material, once the cells are filled and the aggregate compacted, the Geocell constructed base is ready to withstand heavy traffic loads.
